Shipping & Pre Order Terms
Shipping within Australia is $9.95 and sent express post for 500g-3kg parcels.
*Express post is delivery without signature and NO insurance is attached to this method of shipping. Australia post deliver as per their express post delivery guidelines. If you wish to purchase any shipping with insurance or signature on delivery there is further fees applicable, please email our team so they can provide a quote for your postcode and country. If a parcel is lost by Australia post and the customer has not purchased registered post or insurance this is the liability of the customer at checkout and Love Storey Boutique is not responsible for any lost parcels. Any shipping delays occurred by Australia Post are independent from Love Storey Boutique and we are not liable for any delays. Please contact Australia Post in this case.
Orders 5kg and above are shipped via Australia parcel post.
All orders within Australia receive a tracking code.
In stock orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Your item tracking will be updated and emailed to you once your order is shipped. Please note; if your order contains both In Stock & Pre Order items your order will be sent once all items are available. If you wish to split your order and receive your in stock items sooner please email our customer care team and they will invoice you for an additional postage fee. Pre order items are subject to availability. If your item ordered is not available it will be refunded in the same terms you paid. If it is with a credit note it will be re Instated within your order and this information is available to you all times within your order
Change of address:
The customer when placing a order is solely liable to provide the correct information for delivery at checkout. If there is a request of change of address it will be updated ONCE in our system ONLY if submitted prior to an order been shipped/processed.
If a wrong change of address is submitted by a customer this is not Love Storey Boutique's responsibility it is up to the customer to provide the correct information at checkout and/or in their first submission of change of address.
If a parcel is lost from the fault of the wrong information provided this is the liability of the customer and any re shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. If a parcel is lost by the shipping courier due to miss information of address by the customer this is not a responsibility of Love Storey Boutique and the customer is liable for the loss/to rectify the issue.
The price of international shipping is calculated at checkout. Depending on your country and weight of your parcel. It is displayed prior to payment.
International standard shipping: can take between 5-30 business days (Business days exclude weekends). We send via standard air mail with a tracking number and delivery time frames is dependant on the country you live in, however will not exceed 30 business days. You need to purchase registered or extra cover if you wish to have your parcel with tracking and warranty.
Express international shipping is available for select countries and is calculated at checkout.
* We DO NOT pay extra taxes and duties in your country, this is payable by the customer we do not cover any taxes for shipping destinations outside of Australia.
Any CUSTOMS time frames or delays on a parcel; whether standard post or express post is purchased, are NOT our responsibility and any delays on your chosen Method of shipping are accepted by you the customer prior to purchasing. Customs are the legal body of every country and their time frames for processing a shipment is not a responsibility of ours.

The term "Gift" stated or associated on Love storey boutique is in reference to Gift Card only. Gift cards are non refundable and do not have an expiry. We do not offer a service or package/wrap orders if intended for a gift. We offer only gift cards.
Credit notes are not redeemable on the shipping fee at checkout. You will be re instated any remaining credit in a new credit note if not redeemed in one transaction. If an item is out of stock from pre order or in stock a cash refund is NOT given. Your credit note will only be reinstated.
Pre order items: Please read your product description to see if it is a pre order item. DURING CHRISTMAS PERIOD AND CHINESE NEW YEAR PERIOD (NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JAN, FEB) ALL PRE ORDER ITEMS CAN TAKE UP TO 7-45 BUSINESS DAYS DUE TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS!!! Only applicable to pre order items.
Pre order time frames for MARCH-NOV are a minimum 7-10 Business Days (this excludes weekends) from your order date and is an approx minimum time frame only, not maximum. PRE ORDERS can take up to 30 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be shipped. Pre order time frames exclude shipping time frames. The standard shipping time frames are applicable after this pre order time frame.
If your order falls out of this time period we will issue you a credit note or refund. This pre order time frame should be taken in to consideration when ordering pre order items as we do not cancel pre order items unless outside of the 30 business days. If your item has a listed arrival date in the product description this arrival date overrides the minimum 7-30 business day pre order time frame and needs to be taken in to consideration when ordering. If your item does not arrive by the listed date you will be notified and given the option only then of a credit note or refund if you wish.
Shipping time is excluded from the pre order time frame and you need to allow the appropriate time for your shipment to reach you outside of these pre order time frame.
