Returns Policy/ Sale Guidelines
Love Storey Boutique wants every customer to be 110% happy with their purchase.
Once an order has been placed it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled.
However, we accept items to be returned within 10 business days of receiving your goods for a Store Credit or exchange of size only if the below is carefully adhered to. Please note returns are processed within 5-10 Business Days from the date we receive your return.
Love Storey Boutique offer a store credit, without expiry for all change of mind or incorrect sizing returns. The credit note will be issued for the product cost if the garment is returned in its original condition with tags attached.
Please note; you will not be credited for your initial shipping fee, nor compensated for return postage fee. This is up to the buyer to ship the return goods back to Love Storey Boutique.
Returned items MUST adhere to the following policy:
1. Returned with original tags attached and packaging
2. Have no sign of wear, stains, body odour, perfumes or machine washing detergents
3. Returned within 10 business days of receiving your order
5. Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged and are FINAL sales when purchasing
6. Swimwear, jewellery & lingerie cannot be refunded under any circumstances due to hygiene standards.
Once your return is processed successfully your credit note code will display in your order online. The credit note is redeemable then on any product online. It is not redeemable on shipping fees.
If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the return process is the same. Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all of your instalments.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault you must promptly notify our customer care team via email with a description of the fault, the product name and size as well as an image/s of the fault. In the instance of a fault you will be offered a replacement garment first. If this garment or item is out of stock and cannot be replaced you are then entitled to a full refund.
